ABOUT THIS TRACK...

It is the opening track of a record that was recorded and produced despite the shadows of the lockdown.
It is the most aggressive piece on the album.
It also also the last song choose to be included in the recording session.
It was a song written a long time ago, then picked up by accident during a concert tour.
It speaks of that mixture of magic and mystery that envelops everyday life, in its contradictions and complexities, in the wounds that surround us all. Singing is a cure, the saturation of a vintage amp the exorcism.
It's a story that invokes a pantheistic dimension that is seen in the folds of time that flows.
It is like a voice that at times whispers a thought, a melody, the incipit of a verse of a song. Just listen and you got it...
But it is not always something positive.
What “Spells and Magic” tells is a early millennium charm, an enchantment of unspecified origin.
